No problem of breaking in or flooding during my use of the storage.

The size of unit was perfect. In spite of having a lot of tree roaches in my belongings I know it’s out of the company control with having an outside unit and easy access. But the company is Very understanding.

Online registration was not easy to navigate from my smart phone.Ended up having to pay movers for extra time spent waiting to clear up this issue.😢 Did not like the unmanned store idea.With one person. Part time for quality.

A place very quiet, clean and the gate always work!

Su servicio fue bueno para iniciar, pero lamentablemente para finalizar ha sido un sin número de malas atenciones y decepciones.Intentar comunicarse via telefonoca o que alguien de atencion es inmensamente terrible y no logré hacerlo, por lo que use un chat botar de la página web y este me dio atencion y supuestamente solución, para entregar la unidad antes de que se me cobrara la próxima factura. Este cahat...me dio los pasos a seguir y asi lo hice.. pero a sorpresa que me doy...y es que nuevamente me cobraron, aunque la unidad estaba desocupada antes del tiempo necesario...y no he podido contactarme con nadie me me ayude en esto...es triste, lamentable y rechazo esta atencion.
