I like the drive in to unload climate control

A little expensive. At first the price was wonderful then the price increased twice while there. I moved out of the area but was going to keep the unit there but the price made it difficult to keep.

Great costumer service and easy to use.

My son's belongings were stolen out of his storage unit. The metal sliding clip onto which the lock was affixed was cut, and the lock was replaced with one that looked similar. He successfully filed an insurance claim, but it was still a violation, especially during a difficult time in his life. He lost musical instruments as well as meaningful childhood memories. I found the Cube Smart employee's response to be very disappointing; she said, "Why would someone cut the unit open, steal from it, and then close it and lock it again?" She said this to explain away the situation we were in as we arrived to try to access his unit and were unable (our key did not fit into the lock!). All in all, a frustrating and disheartening experience that hurt us, for no good reason.

I had two storages there You kept raising the rates on one of them every time it was legally possible instead of contacting me and working something out with me Now you have two storages empty which will be empty for a little bit and you'll have to And you'll have to give a discount to somebody to rent them. So in the long run you lost out more than I did. I just moved elsewhere. I used to own apartments and I realized something when you have a good tenant that pays on time you try to please them not continually raise their rates every chance you can get You lost that on this end.
