The elevator never worked and had to go down to another elevator far away from my units. Went up on price with no notice!!

Pricing is deceiving and gouging. If the rentor does not sign a one year contract, the price escalates almost immediately. Even after signing a one year contract, the price increased significantly for the second year. I urge potential leasees to price compare other storage facilities.

Location and a return customer

it was nice and clean. But, every couple months right after you get situated, the price goes up.

They are very friendly and the office is run professionally. Also helpful with any thing you might need for your storage unit. I’ve been a customer off and on for many years. I always come back here when I need storage.

The elevator was not working and it cost me an extra $200 from my movers to get to the location of the storage area.

Not this location. It's obvious the employees are not given the tools to serve the client. Elevators were never both working, observed the aftermath of several break ins and was a victim of one. Management was closed lipped to help, 2 cameras on site. Basically, could care less about being a partner in information sharing about the event. I moved because I'm certain it would happen again. Also, there was zero assistance offered during a power outage, and this is where I store my emergency supplies.
