I had a very disappointing experience with this CubeSmart location. For months, the elevators were consistently out of service every time I visited, which made moving items extremely difficult. On top of that, there were never any moving dollies available when needed.Security is also a major concern. My unit was broken into, and I didn’t see any visible cameras on the property, which made the situation even more frustrating and concerning.Additionally, there are no accessible dumpsters for customers. The only one on-site is locked and restricted to staff, which is very inconvenient when you’re trying to dispose of packing materials.Overall, the lack of maintenance, security, and basic customer amenities made this a poor experience. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I received great, quick responsive service

the lady who managed the cube smart we were at was extremely and went beyond the norm for us. She alone deserves the 10, if I could give more, I damn sure would.

Because after5 months cube Smart storage will rise ur rent like people can afford that type of increase.

The people were friendly and helpful. I had an odd, mixed experience at the beginning. Our unit was broken into but they added security afterwards to help prevent future issues. Our rent rose twice in one year - maybe this is common in the industry, but it felt bad. The elevator Was broken on move out and the light didn’t work in it on move in.

I would like to say my experience using the storage there was not good at all there were rodent droppings all over my things and I had no food stored and I was only there for 6 months started out paying 135.00 monthly and being there only 3 months it went up to 175.00!

Very professional and accomodating

I didn’t like thatt the door to the storages were left open , although I had a lock it was like open access to thieves.
