My storage was broken into 3 times. After both the first time they immediately raised my rate and the manager (Scott) time told me there was no recourse and that his direct manager said that they would not do a rate adjustment even though my storage was still open and vulnerable and half of my items were stolen .The first time it was broken into by someone who was living in the storage building and the manager at that time named Scott was fully aware of it, and I do have him on video saying that he knew she was living there and suspected that she was breaking into units, but he felt bad for her so he let her stay when she should have already been gone from the property.

Door hinge reported over 6 months ago broken and need fix B4 huge door fell, went by unit 3 days ago security bar broken some items missing, cameras don't work, rain gets in as well, poorest level of security and storage facility

Most of the time CubeSmart's customer service has been A-1. But there have been a few minor glitches. If I need a storage unit again, I will probably utilize CubeSmart.

I had storage 2 years, started to notice rate increase compared to promotions and website almost double. Last deciding factor was storage unit broken into. I believe the way it was handled could have been better.

It takes to long to get answers on commercial spaces. Upper management seems not to care about renting the most expensive units and your customers are looking elsewhere to rent.
