The third day of my move, I rented a U-Haul to finish the move and the access code boxes were down. Customer Service was prompt to answer and try to escalate the situation. After 5hrs, I was told the access code boxes were up and running. I went to try again with no U-Haul and my access code was denied.

Your facility is well maintained and your staff is excellent. However, I have issues with your continual price increases with no advance notice. Your failure to give your existing customer sufficient notice of a price increase before the bill is due clearly indicates a lack of customer care. I also called your corporate office to complain and never got a return call from Brian after numerous messages. It appears Nr. Brian is either too busy to return my call or simply dies bit care about the customer. Obviously, no one at corporate cares! I gave up!My
