The lighting is horrible., it's so dark outside of the facility. Safety and security should be more of a priority.

Everyone is so pleasant, answers all concerns and really work to make sure your needs are met.

I’m giving this rating because my storage unit was ready when I got there. I had a welcome bag. It was clean. The grounds were kept immaculately clean.. but the biggest reason is because of the Manager Perstephanie, she made me feel welcome. She answered all my questions. She was very helpful. I just really appreciate everything that she did for me and my family.. She did a wonderful wonderful job.
