Very clean and sanitize building well kept up maintenance and great customer service

Area and space are great, but i when to the front office to take care of my military benefits and i was told they could not help me with adding military to my account and the additional 5% discount. That i had to email them so they could take a look when they could.

Clean facility and a nice and friendly GM.

Getting on the elevator to go to my unit the odor smelled like someone was dead. Not a good experience for just moving in. The representative said there was no way of telling which unit it was. It's unfair to make us pay full price on a facility that has the most horrible odor. How can I be guaranteed that it does not seep into my unit and ruin all my clothes. It's bad enough to have to inhale the odor while may moving things in and out. This needs to be taken care of immediately or be turned into the city health department.
