The agent who helped me register and move into my unit was very kind, attentive and helpful. I always received a call back almost immedietly if my initial call wasn't answered anytime I called the office. The storage facility is well kept and I didn't have any issues. The only complaint is the increase in rent just a few months after moving in. We moved in January and our rent increased in May from $75 to $95.

I was with Watson and Taylor for years and the prices were always reasonable, When Cubesmart bought them out, after a year the prices went sky rocketed and continue to go up every three months. the girl who worked there Esmeralda, her service was always great very polite and always greet you with a smile. it was disappointing leave therebecause it was close to home but the prices were no longer affordable for a 10 x 15 it got up to 280 when looking around found other places for half the price

Cause every time I come there I get treated every well

The staff is very helpful and friendly. We have worked with Esmeralda for more than three years, even before it was CubeSmart. I gave it a 7 because it has gotten kind of expensive and I miss being able to call Esmeralda and make my payment over the phone. Since CubeSmart took over, I had to go in every month and pay in person.
