When the location was bought out from the previous owner there was no replacement for moving trucks. The trucks are gone! There was no longer a u-haul dealer! Therefore, U-Haul trucks were not readily available on a daily basis. The previous owners were personable and understanding. I like how convenient the trucks were available on a daily basis for a small fee.The place is clean too.

The property was maintained much cleaner years ago..... please note I had my storage for 14 years. The new manager at cube smart was very helpful . Price for rental keeps rising often.

I was your faithful customer at another location for over a year. Then you suddenly sold that location to Public Storage who locked me out in the middle of the month for no reason. So I moved my stuff to Summerwood storage and paid for August and all of September. But you nasty people sent me a bill demanding payment for all of Sept. Then you sent a bill for Sept, Oct, and a late payment penalty bill as well.I will spend the rest of my life telling everyone I know to tell everyone that they know about how you treated me and the many other customers that you people demanded money from during this draconian takeover of our storage. I hope you people burn in hell for the nasty treatment you metered out to innocent customers!!! SHAME ON YOU
