In the months since cubesmart acquired Summerwood Storage, the price has nearly doubled. The service has diminished to almost nonexistent. Under previous management, the office and staff was available during business hours. Since cubesmart, the office is usually closed and no one is around. I had to call the 800 number to address any concerns. Unit had to be swept out. I had to bring my own broom. Previous owner had them available. Even my service cancellation had to go through the 800 number. Much higher prices, much less service. No thank you. I will tell people to avoid this business.

They worked with me with my payments. Always helpful.

When the location was bought out from the previous owner there was no replacement for moving trucks. The trucks are gone! There was no longer a u-haul dealer! Therefore, U-Haul trucks were not readily available on a daily basis. The previous owners were personable and understanding. I like how convenient the trucks were available on a daily basis for a small fee.The place is clean too.

The property was maintained much cleaner years ago..... please note I had my storage for 14 years. The new manager at cube smart was very helpful . Price for rental keeps rising often.
