The facility was always kept very clean. The staff was always very helpful.

Rates have increased too much. Just too expensive compared to other facilities. Facility is no longer climate controlled in the summer. Air conditioning is nonexistent. Recently we found that bathrooms are locked on the weekend.

I gave the comment above because CubeSmart was very good to me and they made my move very easy and I never had to worry about my items being damaged or stolen.

It is absolutely impossible to contact anyone onsite or get any communication from the manager of the property. I went s far as contacting customer service and having them reach out on my behalf and still didn’t receive a response to my inquiry.I paid for an entire month of rent and I was only there for two days. Do you think someone offered me a discounted rate or refund after emailing, calling, leaving voicemails asking why a long term tenant like myself had two rate increases in less than two years?!? No. Trash service.

Price changes too high, but good service at the location.

Very nice facility and good service at the site. However, drawing in with a good rate and then doing a 25% increase after only 3 months is tough to stand.

The price increases over the years where significantly more than inflation, and it was not within the budget to keep items there.

Over priced.They do not prorate for an early month move out.Air conditioning was out for months and the best they could do was welcome me to move my 10 x 15 contents elsewhere or give mea tiny credit.

Raising prices every 3 months is not competitive
