Cause every time I come there I get treated every well

The staff is very helpful and friendly. We have worked with Esmeralda for more than three years, even before it was CubeSmart. I gave it a 7 because it has gotten kind of expensive and I miss being able to call Esmeralda and make my payment over the phone. Since CubeSmart took over, I had to go in every month and pay in person.

Very expensive

I had a vehicle stored there for almost a year and it was well taken care of. They have great security and great people working there.

Your on-site staff is great; I enjoyed my time while visiting personally to pay my rent. However, the increase in rental rates was not what I expected, as I did not see any additional value for my increased fee.One issue that I did see was that I did not have access to the toilet, as my passcode did not allow entry to the front building.I choose to rent at this location as It was on the way home after work, Know it was a little more than several location. However the additional fee cost is not worth that expense, as there are several other location that I can use.My family and I had used Watson&Taylor (this location) several times in the past for short term use. I am the only one that choice to use local this time for my long term use. I just could not justify the additional cost and with no end fee increase in sight.Respectfully, Alex Longoria
