I’m giving this rating because my storage unit was ready when I got there. I had a welcome bag. It was clean. The grounds were kept immaculately clean.. but the biggest reason is because of the Manager Perstephanie, she made me feel welcome. She answered all my questions. She was very helpful. I just really appreciate everything that she did for me and my family.. She did a wonderful wonderful job.

My reason for giving the score is multiple things one. The location was perfect for me. 2. It was clean and accessible. 3. It was spacious.

Persephone is a very rude manager. I’ve watched her talk to someone else and myself with no courtesy.

I was unsure of the unit size needed. The manager was willing to show me my options without hesitation. I also asked for a unit in the front of the building, this was accommodated. Always very professional and clean. Exactly what I was looking for when placing my personables in a safe place.
