1)I had storage units there for six years yet your greed had caused myself and many others to leave.2)Elevators always broken.3)Only 2 carts for the entire facility.One of your employees is the only reason I stayed. She’s the manager there now. Give her a raise, make repairs on time and stop being so greedy.There’s also another issue but I won’t discuss here.
