The specific facility had repeated issues with the elevators and one of the outside doors.ANDThere was little to motivation to stay. No rewards for being a long term client. I could no longer afford to stay there

Because you have the absolute nicest and most professional lady manning your desk at this location - Trina is amazing - truly a sweetheart who wants everything right for us as we moved in and visited our unit and again as we moved out - very well managed - thanks for giving us a great place for all of our things for a few months - David & Kackie Dunwoody

I was not able to lock in a monthly rate and the rate kept increasing. We need long-term storage and I went with a location where I could prepay for a year.

Nice clean and safe facility. However the elevators and doors were often broken. And although I was told that the monthly rent would not be increased much, it was increased by 30% a couple of months after we moved in our stuff, which was not being honest.

I’ve always had pleasant experiences at CubeSmart. I’m not leaving just relocating itemsacross the hall and expanding my storage space.
