I feel like something changed about the system overnight with no notification and as a result there was a missed payment and I was charged a late fee.Furthermore, while my gatecode remained the same throughout my entire tenure with Cubesmart, the building code would constantly be changed and Cubesmart provided no notification. I would therefore show up to access my unit and need to call into a Cubesmart help desk to figure out how to access my storage unit.
