Almost always at least one elevator is not working.I gave notice I was leaving on Nov 15th and the store employee just told me to have everything out that day. I did. Then on November 17th I saw I was charged for another month. I called the store and was told that if I removed the lock and brought to them I wouldn't be charged. When I returned the lock on the 18th I was told I was charged because the lock wasn't removed on the 15th. I assumed you removed the locks.

The place is neat, clean, and fairly simple to use with the exception of having one large elevator and a smaller one. If it was two large o es would be easier when there are more than o e custo.er moving their stuff in and out.
