Only negative is high cost

Don't get me wrong, the staff was courteous and professional at all times. It is the owners and the business model I take issue with. The rate increases were not reasonable or consistent nor was there adequate notice for any of the MULTIPLE increases they hit me with. I was a low maintenance professional who needed a climate controlled storage unit due to a divorce and a move. There was zero need and certainly no economically supported reason for you to increase the cost other than sinister greed. At the end of the day, you know that it is a pain to move stuff around. You have people's stuff. So, the idea of objecting to rate increases to the point of surrendering the items or just moving them out is daunting yet that is exactly where I ended up. And so....I vacated.

I shall never use cubesmart again

Other than the convenient location, my entire experience has been horrible. I wasted two months, waiting for a resolution from the so-called protection plan that I not only paid for, but was referred to by Bree. As a solution to the roach infestation problem. Assuming she’s a qualified representative. I don’t see any reason why she would have referred me to the protection plan as asolution, knowing full well that the damages would not be covered. She even took the time to give me the correct phone number. To make sure I was able to call and submit a claim. I was not the only unit affected by this. Infestation so I’ll be surprised if this is the first time you’ve heard of this concern.
