Very friendly and helpful

The staff were always friendly. The location of the storage unit is convenient and always clean. It’s very secure. I always felt like my belongings were safe.

I was contacted asking to call when convenient. I called the next day and they said my unit was open and my lock gone. One that warrants a Call saying call as soon as possible letting me know the severity of the call. When asked to see the security cameras they told me I would need to contact the police and then the police would need to obtain a subpoena.

Bad service and to expensive ...

To expensive

Raise the rent too often. have been there for over 10 years with multiple units and you just keep raising the rent to above competition. You should reward renters that have stayed with you.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The process of renting the unit was easy and stress free. The only suggestion is that a few more carts be available.
