When i 1st moved my items into the storage facility (Vehicle/Van) they threatened to tow my car after i made it crystal fkn clear i was goin oughta state and Double To TRIPLE Checking to ensure i was in the right unit. Stoopd ass receptionist wanna call me umpteen days later after i left to threaten to Tow my Van Thats strike 1. Strike 2 is that i was told to leave the property cuz i cant stay after 10PM which I'll ADMIT thats a "My Bad" on my end however.....how come there's another person Actually LIVING in the unit?? fahahaharrrr longer then me I'm sure plus im paying Fkn 200+ Dollars a month I deserve SOME leeway. But yknow what makes me say fk a "Cubesmart" 150% is that your "Bitch Ass Punk Ass, Fugly Ass lkn" attendee wanna Disrespect Me as he addresses theses issues threatening to call the cops, Use a tazer, and insulting me on how im a "Grown ass Man". As a "grown ass man" I feel strongly to knock your pretty pearly whites out and Give you an actual reason to use that tazer but otherwise your job was to address the issue and do whats necessary WITHIN REASON But not make a personal Attack.Shitty ass service that i will let the world know about. The aftermath, i already got a Bitchin Deal from Public Storage and my rent or fee there is 50$ a month stead of this 200+ Shit so uhh y'all just got washed on both fields.Price / Service

The storage was without air for several occasions. The storage unit has a fowl odor , something dead for quite sometime, and Rats are in my storage unit evidence of large droplets.

Yall raised the price every year i had my storage. Started off around $175-$200 ended at $312 for a 10×30. Yall just went ridiculous on yalls price gouging

Initially great rates, safe and convenient. But price jumped up by over 50% /month

Broken entry doors , had to walk too far just to enter

My locker got broken into and they just did one time calling didn't call back no more and I didn't even know about about it for about 25 days

Their staff is very helpful and consistent. Security is well enforced and I had zero problems during my stay. I will use them again in the future if needed.
