Polite and respectful staff members. Answered all of my questions and were very helpful in assisting.

The facilities were spectacular, access was very easy and staff was kind.However, I am very upset with the frequency of raised monthly cost. My unit cost went from $187 up to $461 in just a few years. I have used other storage companies before and have never experienced the bi-annual increases on my monthly fees like I have experience here. $461 for the size unit I had is way above the market cost at other facilities and I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

Friendly staff, clean hallways and you feel secure when you visit.

Things can get complicated if you’re not talking to the right person behind the desk. CubeSmart has some really great employees, but there are one or two bad apples who treat customers poorly.

The staff was very professional and nice to me upon getting my storage and Everytime I called, they were there and answered the phone and was knowledgeable about any question that I had. The facility itself was super clean.
