You sent me emails every month even though I’m not ever more than 30 days late your advertise my same unit for a 100 a month while I’m paying 270 a month and yall were terrible at giving and grace period to the working person who doesn’t get paid every week

Paid for a climate controlled unit that apparently the ac went out the entire month the unit had no ac

I can't believe you guys taught me a new low of corporate storage... You are not contractually obligated to come close to offering the marketed size of unit. I got a 5*10, and the first one was 3.5*whatever and then the 2nd was under 4 ft*whatever. Insane to me that I should bring a MEAUSRING TAPE.

It was easy to look at the units and determine which one was the best. I just needed something quick and convenient, as I was moving this past week and already stressed. I didn’t have enough space for all my things. I work during the week and I couldn’t really take time to go in person and apply for a unit. Looking at the place, I feel confident that my items will be secure and safe.

I have used it since 2009;; however, it got too expensive. And, since CubeSmart took it over, I was charged a $9 "convenience" fee if I paid online. That's too much money.

Cubesmart took over. Three price raises. Debit card issue. Their first correspondence to me was informing me that they had locked me out and disabled my code. I had been in facility 15 years. Went to pay and they had no internet. For three months.

For my free month didn’t seem very free. I was still had to pay start up fee, insurance and etc.
