After Cube Smart took over facility, the second floor climate control was consistently too warm. Lack of return calls to messages left when phone was not answered.

I had my storeage for years and never had any problems with management,if anything changes was informed

Great location and facility is top notch. The transition from the old owner to the new owner was very difficult. Communication was tough by email and phone. I stopped in one day and found the people working inside to be very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. But most of the communicating needs to be done digitally, and despite my best efforts it was tough.
