Raised price twice after telling me you would not be raising price for another 6 months

After Cube Smart took over facility, the second floor climate control was consistently too warm. Lack of return calls to messages left when phone was not answered.

I had my storeage for years and never had any problems with management,if anything changes was informed

Great location and facility is top notch. The transition from the old owner to the new owner was very difficult. Communication was tough by email and phone. I stopped in one day and found the people working inside to be very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. But most of the communicating needs to be done digitally, and despite my best efforts it was tough.

Nightmare after nightmare after nightmare. Don’t care about customer service or their needs/service.

The young lady that assisted me she sits at the front desk she is so sweet and kind. She treated me very nice. When cube smart took over I visited the storage location because I worried about my mother’s items. My mother passed away 2 month ago and I did not want to lose her belongings she assured me everything was going to be ok with the transition and I was then able to be at ease. Thank you cube smart I will always use your storage. Thanks to that awesome young lady for her kindness. Thank You and God bless you all.
