Rent increases 2 times in the last year alone. Reached out to location Manager on several accusations and I have never received return call from her.

Clean and easy access

I gave CubeSmart a 10 because the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the rental process quick and easy. The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained, which gave me confidence that my belongings are safe. Overall, it was a smooth and stress free experience, and I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to friends and family.

Well im upset because one of my storage units got broken into, there are way too many blind spots on the property, and the lack of cameras also is an issue. Good thing I had insurance On my unit, but still it's not gonna even cover all that got stolen.

At one time I spend over 10 years renting at the facility then couple year went by and I decided to come back I ended up moving from the City and moved to the country and I ended up getting 3 units with I parking space and at the moment I did on Easter weekend they burglarized my climate control unit Friday night on Good Friday till today I haven’t heard back from the insurance and never was able to get taken care off I had insurance on everything on the property I feel that all that was a waste of money I’m thinking of getting Legal help and find a Lawyer to help me out with this matter I still have one storage left and I don’t want to continue business for that reason.

The gentlemen at the front desk was extremely helpful, professional and highly capable. He listened well, took care of our needs and immediately found a solution.

It was easy to set up service and everyone was very nice. I only came out twice and the person working in the office didn't even know where my unit was the first time I came and the second time they weren't rude but they didn't seem interested at all in helping.
