It was a terrible experience. My unit was broken into multiple times. The elevator never worked consistently. It was regularly out of service. And the staff were rude. I’m sure you all aren’t going to take this feedback seriously. That’s the level of frustration I have with this company.

This storage facility has a rat infestation. My furniture is ruined and has rat feces all over it and the rats chewed through my furniture.

The storage facility that my items were in had infestation of rodents, that The manager acknowledge. The rodent infestation destroy my items, with rodent feces all over my bed and sofa and other items that were stored in the unit. The insurance that I was paid for, that was through the CubeSmart did not cover the items nor the storage facility reimburse me for a loss of all my one bedroom essential items that were stored in there facility. Horrible facility.
