The staff was real good, but the upkeep was sometimes bad. The climate was too hot sometimes . There was a very bad rodent issue. When the died the odor made it hard to visit our storage. Two break-ins.

The check in was overly complicated. The gate didn’t always work. The office wasn’t always reachable during hours. They check out felt forced. The rates went up 30% within the year. Sour taste

Facilities are insufficient (no working elevator the entire time and still not working, poor climate control, pests/odors), dirty, and poorly secured. Most of the staff is great, but that is essentially the only positive thing to note.

Never had a problem while I was there and when it was broke into and some things was stolen didn't take long for the insurance to kick in

storage was broken into. Items stolen. Prior to the storage being broken into i came to the facility to get a few items that were heavy and to only find the elevators did not work in the facility. So I had to carry my items down the stairs with my mom

The service was efficient. The customer service representatives were always pleasant. In addition , Cubesmart always kept me informed of any changes such as price increase, as well as courteous reminders when the bill was due.
