It was easy and no hassle to find a storage unit. The stiff on the phone as well as at the store were very helpful and answered my questions/concerns.

Getting a storage is simple and I usually always use you guys. There's just too many lies and secrets. You don't warn us that we need to move out by a certain date to avoid paying for the next months rent and you don't give us an option to avoid being charged for a lock we may not need. You also never mention that in the contract the insurance is completely optional if we write a letter.

No 24/7 @ccess no use of dumpsters or trash available no bathroom or portapotty available. No lights or electricity available.

Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable of the process. Great communication interaction in-person.
