Since I first purchased the unit the temperature control worked for one day and then it stopped. I reported it to the agent and nothing was done.

Never had a security issue at my unit however cleanliness was our biggest a concern. The elevators and staircases always smelled like urine. There were stains that had been on the walls for at least 2 years.
