The temporary promotional price is great and really helps, but it is frightening that the rate could increase at any time and that there is Only one light in the whole hallway, leaving my storage room dark with nowhere to plug in a lamp. That means I need an extra person with me to shine a small cell phone flashlight!Therefore, I recommend writing in clear limits on rent raises and time frames into the contract as well as having at Least two lights on per hallway!!! After all, when one trusts God and prays/ gives their ten percent to Him first and foremost consistently, Surely God will Also provide you with additional customers that sign on with more regular, higher rates that can afford to do so!!

Despite receiving no additional services, the price constantly kept increasing significantly. Found a dead rat in the unit once the boxes were cleared out.
