If the tota) y contentious, rude, disrespectfu, spiteful and bitter woman working at thevDallas street location serves as an ambassador or representative of the brand then it is a terrible one I regret engaging in business with.

Management at the midtown location sucks

Clean facility, easy access. Best part is the attention the staff pays to visually ensuring that your unit is secure.

Store manager closed my account and revoked my access. Then lied to customer service about the unit being locked.

Customer service was great

The location I rented from did not allow access after 10pm; I didn’t like that. I prefer to have access to my unit 24hrs.The building entry door was a push door and was ALWAYS hard to get out or in when you are hauling items to and from the unit. I strongly suggest installing automatic doors for the ease of the customers.Also, the general manager at the W. Dallas St. in Houston, TX was always rude and argumentative. Even if she was in the wrong, she would still make it your fault. She needs to be removed from her post.

Christy is amazing she will stop whatever she is doing so you do not to rush because she has time for you.
