A rude desk clerk! I never moved in, but you kept my money! Some of your policies appear to be arbitrary rather than abiding with state regulations.

A very rude attendant, and abrupt when I asked her questions. I got no kind of receipt for my payment. Because of her nasty homophobic racist attitude, I decided never to move in they refuse to give me a refund. I walked away with no refund they kept my keys and no documentation or receipts.
