A very rude attendant, and abrupt when I asked her questions. I got no kind of receipt for my payment. Because of her nasty homophobic racist attitude, I decided never to move in they refuse to give me a refund. I walked away with no refund they kept my keys and no documentation or receipts.

The facility was certainly secure and it was clean and good climate.

My entry code did not work, I have to turn in my rented uhaul and now I have to get another storage unit because cube smarts manager said they sre too far from the location and can only help us tomorrow, Monday morning..ridiculous
