After my move I realized that I did not need additional storage. Person at the location was courteous and helpful in cancelling my account. I've done long term business with this location and have been happy with its customer service.

The only reason that I came to cube smart was when I was calling about storage rooms Christine she was the only that took time to listen to me one . The other companies was rude and bad at customer service basically hung the phone up in my face. So Christine got her a new customer.. the building are so nice and clean ..

I gave a score of 8 because the CubeSmart location I use is always clean and the employees there (particularly the general manager Christine) are communicative, friendly, and helpful. I prefer the service I've received at CubeSmart over Public Storage. The reason my score isn't a 10 is because of the rate hikes I experienced over the two years I have maintained renting the same unit with CubeSmart with no significant change in the services offered to me.
