The only reason that I came to cube smart was when I was calling about storage rooms Christine she was the only that took time to listen to me one . The other companies was rude and bad at customer service basically hung the phone up in my face. So Christine got her a new customer.. the building are so nice and clean ..

I gave a score of 8 because the CubeSmart location I use is always clean and the employees there (particularly the general manager Christine) are communicative, friendly, and helpful. I prefer the service I've received at CubeSmart over Public Storage. The reason my score isn't a 10 is because of the rate hikes I experienced over the two years I have maintained renting the same unit with CubeSmart with no significant change in the services offered to me.

My experience with my CubeSmart facility was positive; I rented a unit for about a year. Facility was very clean, well lit, and easily accessible. The facility manager, Christine, was very plesant and professional. Would definitely recommed this location to anyone looking to store items short/long term.
