Several times the gate entrance was broken. Could not bring items or retrieve items. The entrance used when moving in items can not be used anymore.

Everyone that works here is beyond nice and helpful. Like the fact that we can pull into a building to the storage unit. Very convenient if it's raining.

This facility is one of the FEW that do not allow pods containers inside. I needed that for my move. Also, the increase of the price is too frequent.On the positive side, this location is impressive, the infrastructure, the access, the variety in sizes is really convenient.

Nice staff

My unit was broken into twice. Not sure yet what was stolen the second time, but the first time, al very expensive power washer. I told them what I paid for it at the time, so instead of making me a fair market value for my equipment, I'm being asked for serial number. I don't know of anyone that stores serial number of products they've purchased

Climate control quiet and clean. Prices are less than other storage companies
