The faculty constantly had issues with the gates and the climate controlled area, which is where my items were stored. I chose this facility due to the price initially but I received 2 rent increases in less than a year, which I feel is ridiculous.

Non-responsiveness to phone messages. Kept raising the price with little or no notice. The vehicular door to the inside facility was constantly broken, and at one point, I did not have access to the storage unit. Did not return my call when I mention was not happy and wanted an explanation.

I was there about 2 are 3 years paying on time y'all kept going up on my rent,then the storage was hot sometimes for a while I didn't get a discount, it cost too much

Service was good, but 300% rate increase in 5 year4s is rapacious.

I thought the location was good, but there were too many problems with the exit door not functioning. On one day I rented a U-Haul truck, but when I arrived at the location there was a notice ‘no access to climate controlled units today’. That was not a good way to communicate an issue to customers.

The courtesy of the customer service help at front desk. Very professional and to the point.

The lady that assisted me was very informative and professional. Customer service was excellent!!!
