Helpful office staff

My storage got broken into multiple times, in the controlled climate area that also uses a code to secure. Customer service is nice but I would not refer due to the security.

The worse place I have ever seen in my life! Got robbed 3 times I want a refund for this month!

The facility was dirty. Our locker was broken into along with others, and we received the base amount of information. The gates were broken for over a month. Trying to get someone on the phone was impossible, so i had to physically go there to communicate anything. billing issues over the course of our time there, too. Along with all this, our rate went up 2 or 3 times over the course of the last year, and we saw no benefit from the cost. Other storage places around here were much less, so we left.

I didn't like all the price increases on the rental.

There have been many disappointing circumstances throughout my time in having a unit with CubeSmart. Numerous problems with the property which made access to my unit(s) difficult at times. The problems with both the entry and exit gates have created a great deal of frustration and the facility was compromised as far as the climate control goes.

Something is always happening with the doors or something is going on with the roof

It's because I my self had so many problems with each unit I have rented water dammit. Some of my stuff stolen out of my storage...

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were always professional. I highly recommend if you want a nice storage.

My trailer that was being stored at Cube Smart was stolen. When working with the store associate and police, the feedback was that Cube Smart corporate would not release the video or pictures to the police. As a customer and victims of the theft, it made me feel that Cube Smart was siding with the criminal versus the customer.
