My storage was broken into within two weeks of me having it. Still not reimbursed for my stolen items.

Attendants usually not in office. A wait process for someone to answer the door

Not worth what you charge most of my things are ruin in a climate control unit. Went several times A/C didn't work it was very hot to get in building locks broke . The big one my thing where ruined by rodents which are still in unit dead now but not even a notice to please inspect your unit cause we discovered rodents in someone elses unit. To make more $ had floors worked on and didnt take proper precautions all cement dust and debri got into my unit and ruined electrical things and besides rodent using restroom all over my things my mattress several that i had in there i have to get rid off. This company doesn't care they just want money regardless of conditions . Will never recomend to anyone what i would say is run dont look back

Facility and unit are very clean. Knowledgeable staff, courteous and respectful.
