Great service from the person I talked to in the office, AC in unit and elevator is awesome for making things easier for me .

You have no central contact person to solve any issues you may have with your current manager. Every phone number takes you back to your storage location and your manager. My manager (so she says) have no authority to do anything, so why would I speak with her.

It was great and convenient at the time but constant price changes going up from the $160b8 started with to $230 in less than 4 months is ridiculous.

Unit had mice and ruined my items. The storage location failed to do anything about it.
