The day before the move, i spoke with Kristen who said that she would be there all day. When I arrived at 12:20 the office was locked. She finally showed up at 1:30. When I questioned her, her response was that I didn’t let her know what time I would be arriving and that she had to go to the bank. I asked her how I should know how long it takes to pack a house and travel the 30 miles to your facility. She was very rude and was upset that she had not taken her break yet. In the meantime my movers were sitting in the truck for over an hour. I was charged an additional $300.00 for that time. Welcoming, friendly staff at Howell location. Clean buildings and outdoor areas. Very easy access to storage (wide entrances and hallways).

There are far better self-storage facilities. Too many poor customer service experiences to recommend.

carts should be relocated on bottom floor by entrances More than 2 carts would be appreciated. Kristen was a great help and easy to work with. Place is very clean.
