Raised rent 25% in three months. Why?

Prices are reasonable and Kristen is helpful.

Price was more than double another storage facility nearby and for a bigger unit and locked for a year

Clean facility, good security measures, friendly staff and good customer service.

Sign up was easy and the checkout was helpful. The assistants were helpful. But the rates went up after only being there for a few months and then the elevator in the back shut down (so only way was to go in thru the front with all other cars around in a shopping strip mall) and then the front door code broke so had to walk all around building going up and down to move stuff out.

Rise in prices twice a year

It would have been higher but the main elevator that accommodates large items has been broken for months with from what I understand no date in sight to be fixed… my unit is on the second floor and I have a bedroom set in one, no way to get it.

New customer.But very happy so far. Everybody's been very helpful. All my questions have been answered.
