I requested to reserve a unit in anticipation of an upcoming move. I was then left messages demanding a callback and threatening to give away the unit I reserved if I did not complete the paperwork. In good faith, I submitted the lease paperwork and paid the deposit three weeks early to hold the unit. I was very disappointed to receive a bill reflecting the deposit date rather than my reservation date, and I reached out to customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, I then received a dismissive voicemail, and I now realize it was all a bad-faith attempt to prey on the vulnerable and squeeze them for more money. It worked, and you can enjoy that you put one over on someone. But it's a truly horrible way to start a relationship.

The new facility manager was very helpful and friendly. She works with you and checks on you if everything is ok and need help. I won 2 units and since the treatment was really good, i ended up renting both units. The facility is clean and well taking care of.

You put a lien on an empty unit because the mental giants you have working the office couldn’t simply cut the lock as requested after signing paperwork to allow them to confirm the unit was empty and that I specifically told them we were done with unit. Instead, this crack team of MENSA members put a lien on an empty unit because they couldn’t bother to just process the information, accept he paperwork and cut the lock to confirm the unit was empty and no longer in use. I hope someone takes legal action against this company because they’re knowingly selling an empty unit. Sounds fraudulent as hell to me.
