From choosing the right size unit to moving into an unit at a affordable price point... She is very knowledgeable and professional... She seems to enjoy her job and helping customers... Happy with the storage. Rent got to High for size of unit.

the price hikes were excessive and felt constant for the small unit we were paying for. No one ever answered the phones. There was also an issue with rats that took months to be addressed. It resulted in us throwing away tons of our stuff.

Your pricing increases are absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had several units with you very disappointing just because I’m a loyal customer I get to be absolutely taken advantage of.
