CubeSmart employees keep the facility clean... Hollie was very helpful making every aspect of renting a storage unit easy... From choosing the right size unit to moving into an unit at a affordable price point... She is very knowledgeable and professional... She seems to enjoy her job and helping customers... I definitely will do business with Hudson FL Cubesmart if I ever need another storage unit in that area...

Happy with the storage. Rent got to High for size of unit.

the price hikes were excessive and felt constant for the small unit we were paying for. No one ever answered the phones. There was also an issue with rats that took months to be addressed. It resulted in us throwing away tons of our stuff.

Your pricing increases are absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had several units with you very disappointing just because I’m a loyal customer I get to be absolutely taken advantage of.

the downside of the facility are the constant price increases. Upon moving out I also noticed water had been coming in the unit. it also took about 6 months to get the keypad fixed so it disolayed information.

Very easy to work with, considerate, friendly, and they let you know when the bill is due.
