So many times my Visa was hacked and I was never given a problem from them. I finally decided to use a private card and no problems.I must say, Holli and all the staff at the Fulton Street location in Hudson are amazing! So nice, knowledgeable and caring for your needs.Closing my unit out, Holli was incredible! She is a valuable asset to the CubeSmart organization! I hope you realize and compensate her for it. I would have closed out my unit long ago, but she was so easy to work with. Thank you Holli, I appreciate all you do!

Because I can access it up to 10 o’clock at night, which is fine The fees were a little high though they kept going up. That’s the only thing I didn’t like and I had to get out of there, but if I need you guys in the future, I will definitely use you.

My price started out at about 90$ a month. I called several places to find the one. Verifying the payments wouldn't go up and overall price. My ending cost was 131$ monthly. I had to pack my deceased sister stuff up and find a place to store it all within 2 days. I thought i had made the right choice in the time of distress only to be screwed and my price go up. I had taken custody of my 2 nieces at as well so the extra cost was really disappointing and the fact that they confirmed when purchased.... my price wouldn't go up. It did... quite a bit. If yall wanted to refund any of it that would be great and appreciated.
