You bought the storage facility that I was new to renting. You immediately raised my rent. I called to discuss and had to continue calling to get anyone to actually speak to me. I was renting the same exact space but yet you raised my rent with no chance of staying at my old rate. This is wrong on your part to do that to tenants that were already renting there.

Great service

I went in to get more information and met with the manager Elizabeth. She was one of the most pleasant and accommodating people I have ever worked with in such a situation. She took her time in explaining things and drove me around to see locations. Just can't say enough how good the service was.

Unit was nice and convenient and the place was well maintained. My complaint would be the raising of price at will with no authorization. When I started my unit was about $100/mo....it got all the way up to $160 for no reason at all.
