All items stolen from my unit within 36 hours of putting them there. This was horrible. I have called the office 3 times and gone by 2times to talk with someone. No one ever there. The police report was filed and I’m still waiting a call from the Manager.

When you took over the property Huffman self storage, you practically doubled the monthly lease, offered nothing additional service wise in return, and when we started moving out of our storage unit, more than half of our items were infested with spiders, roaches, termites, and there were signs of rat infestation. All of those infested items have to be trashed. I will never recommend CubeSmart to anybody.

No place is perfect and its a bit overpriced

CubeSmart has an awesome staff online and in person! The manager, Elizabeth was so helpful, kind, professional, and friendly. Overall great experience!

Clean, friendly staff and easy access

Clean storage. Clean everything. Nice friendly office lady!!!

The front desk associate was amazing throughout the process of us getting a unit, always answered any questions or concerns. Storage facility was kept clean on the outside however inside the climate controlled facility it seems to be on the warmer side than wanted and lots of dead’s flys at the inside of the door. We never had an issue with our unit or with any other customers. One thing that did upset us was the price increase of $20 a month) after the facility was painted (which honestly needed it).
