Robert and Jessica was very professional with customer service. They both always went over and beyond for their customers. They both call and remind you abt the payments and policies. I loved it here and I will be back if need be.

The rate to store in a 5x15 unit increased every year bit significantly the past 3 years. My unit was broken into twice. Nothing was taken, thankfully. I was promised a $50 credit as a result that never happened.

My storage rental went up from $162 to $270 less than 1 year! The gate to enter kept locking me out when using my code , even after my bill was paid in a timely manner! O Had to call customer service for temporary code! It was costly, I became frustrated

They claim to have security and someone staying there 24hrs and they couldnt hear when they stole my catalytic converter ($2000.00) from my motorhome.
