When I originally opened the account I done so under the impression that the first month would be free as stated online. I got there it was not free the first month. It said $59 something a month after that. I ended up paying almost $140.00 to start and about that much every month. FALSE ADVERTISING!! After 3/4 months my monthly rate goes up to $175.00 a month. After speaking with the front office manager she said give her a couple days to consult with the manager over her to see if they can change it. I get a call back a few days later stating it couldn’t be changed. That was the rate. By this time I had a late fee and a lock on my unit. Such a rip off. I will be leaving reviews online to never go through Cubesmart. I paid the $180.00 got me another storage at Public Storage for wayyyy cheaper and moved my stuff out of Cubesmart. Never again!! I will never recommend Cubesmart.

Th second they thought I wasn’t gonna pay my storage they stole shit out of it.

Property manager was always friendly and knowledgeable towards me. And no rodents !

The management and customer service at the location Any one I have spoken to has been incredibly kind and helpful. Immediately after booking online they called to be sure we had everything we needed then called a second time for helpful directions to our space. When we cancelled as we no longer needed the parking space, I left a message after hours and they called back the next morning and were super helpful then too.
