Not happy

I went to check my storage and take a few things out, and it was wet in the back and a few boxes were in puddles and I ruined my coffee table. I’m done.

Not any animal run around the place is clear and I feel secure not anything problems on his property this

Well, we weren't explained about the increase in monthly payment. Would have been good to know ahead of time.

I would have given a 10 because my items were very secure and felt confident my items were safe, unfortunately, I can't give a 100% excellent review, because there were roaches in my storage room. When vacating the storage unit and moving my items and boxes out of the unit and into the rental truck I leased to load my boxes in to transport to my new residence, the roaches were inside some of my boxes when I unpacked at my new residence. I was very upset that I picked up those pests from the storage unit I rented from Cubesmart, only to bring them inside my new apartment. Now I must exterminate because some of them came out of the boxes and ran off. Now I'm worried about pests possibly mulitplying and now I must make an extra expense I hadn't planned on, to treat & exterminate to prevent infestation in my new apartment. This is something I wouldn't have to do if I hadn't had roaches in the storage unit I rented at cubesmart.I'm also upset, for the mere fact, the high rent of $125 I was paying for over a year, couldn't buy me a clean pest free storage unit environment for a service I was paying for, I thought I would have been considered a valueable customer that deserved the best rental experience with keeping my storage unit clean and pest free and would receive an extermination treatment as a upkeep service. It was pretty obvious the units were infested because ther were roaches crawling outside the sotrage as well. I hope Cubesmart treats those units soon.
