Brian the Head manager is rude unprofessional and unworthy of any leadership position. My storage got broke into twice around the same time of the year so I asked to speak with someone over the manager at facility. Days following I requested law enforcement to get a case number for the insurance. Well Brian calls to tell me I can no longer rent there we parting ways and need to be moved out by 2/9/26. My opinion it’s an inside job and I’m being targeted. Manager is mid age black woman. 140 storages then 5-6 mines being both times. Days prior to dropping multiple bags off which was opened and taken doing break in. (In broad daylight) While manager on site. Manager didn’t call to tell m my storage was broken into. Another CubeSmart miles away called to in firm me which I found strange to get to the unit and the manager is on site but couldn’t call. I told her if the laws came an went to her house they would find my missing items. Storage door broken don’t lock but they just put new lock pads and codes to enter units and facility. Don’t know how to upload videos to show proof that this place is not where you want to leave your belongings. Last year it cover up to 3k now it’s up to 5k with the new lock system. You can’t talk to Brian bout it bc he too cocky. 484-438-**** and don’t care or have any concerns about your belongings at his facility as he stated. An we no longer call cops it’s 3rd party we have to call but if you do call just get all your belongings and store them else where. 5k for over 20k in purses shoes

I went to check my storage and take a few things out, and it was wet in the back and a few boxes were in puddles and I ruined my coffee table. I’m done.

Well, we weren't explained about the increase in monthly payment. Would have been good to know ahead of time.

I would have given a 10 because my items were very secure and felt confident my items were safe, unfortunately, I can't give a 100% excellent review, because there were roaches in my storage room. When vacating the storage unit and moving my items and boxes out of the unit and into the rental truck I leased to load my boxes in to transport to my new residence, the roaches were inside some of my boxes when I unpacked at my new residence. I was very upset that I picked up those pests from the storage unit I rented from Cubesmart, only to bring them inside my new apartment. Now I must exterminate because some of them came out of the boxes and ran off. Now I'm worried about pests possibly mulitplying and now I must make an extra expense I hadn't planned on, to treat & exterminate to prevent infestation in my new apartment. This is something I wouldn't have to do if I hadn't had roaches in the storage unit I rented at cubesmart.I'm also upset, for the mere fact, the high rent of $125 I was paying for over a year, couldn't buy me a clean pest free storage unit environment for a service I was paying for, I thought I would have been considered a valueable customer that deserved the best rental experience with keeping my storage unit clean and pest free and would receive an extermination treatment as a upkeep service. It was pretty obvious the units were infested because ther were roaches crawling outside the sotrage as well. I hope Cubesmart treats those units soon.
