The rate to store in a 5x15 unit increased every year bit significantly the past 3 years. My unit was broken into twice. Nothing was taken, thankfully. I was promised a $50 credit as a result that never happened.

My storage rental went up from $162 to $270 less than 1 year! The gate to enter kept locking me out when using my code , even after my bill was paid in a timely manner! O Had to call customer service for temporary code! It was costly, I became frustrated

They claim to have security and someone staying there 24hrs and they couldnt hear when they stole my catalytic converter ($2000.00) from my motorhome.

Location was good, but not worth the crazy price hikes. It should have been no more than $250-300/month by now. $546 is utterly ridiculous, especially for being across the street from a landfill with the stench always hanging in the air.
