Location was good, but not worth the crazy price hikes. It should have been no more than $250-300/month by now. $546 is utterly ridiculous, especially for being across the street from a landfill with the stench always hanging in the air.

My RV was damaged on your property and then told you me you could not find on video who hit it. So that is 1 of 2 things, either the staff does not know how to use their own equipment or they are trying to hide who damaged my RV. I was told yall had cameras on property then I got damage and story changed to our cameras do not cover all property. Hmmmm

One of the people who helped us out was not very informative. We asked the price and she gave us a total different price after the fact.

Failure of business principle 101 to be reasonable and supporting of an existing customer bring additional business. All I asked for was to be charged from the day I was moving in but I was bluntly told by one of the staff in a condescending manner that they couldn't do anything because it was an online reservation and I would have to pay "lots of money".
