My daughter has been renting a storage from Cubesmart and is very satisfied with the service she recieved from Robert I was with Cubesmart 5yrs Baton Rouge Louisiana Now Im with Cubesmart Atascocita HumbleTx and Mr Robert was courteous respectful and helpful thank you

Failure of business principle 101 to be reasonable and supporting of an existing customer bring additional business. All I asked for was to be charged from the day I was moving in but I was bluntly told by one of the staff in a condescending manner that they couldn't do anything because it was an online reservation and I would have to pay "lots of money".
