Failure of business principle 101 to be reasonable and supporting of an existing customer bring additional business. All I asked for was to be charged from the day I was moving in but I was bluntly told by one of the staff in a condescending manner that they couldn't do anything because it was an online reservation and I would have to pay "lots of money".

Price increases due to "security upgrades" yet Cameras were broken since February, doors never locked, and gate would stay open. It took over 6 months to get a light bulb replaced in the hallway. The AC would constantly go out in our climate controlled unit with no explanation. Terrible upkeep. Employees were caught breaking into units.
