Excellent location easy inn and out

Not the first time I have dealt with an obnoxious authoritative company.You purchased the company and after the purchase failed to apply all of the arrangements I had with the original company. Specifically, the monthly fee was under automatic withdrawal which you refused to continue,when I asked to create that withdrawl I was told I couldn't because of a due bill. Secondly' the original company understood that I had insurance to cover the contents you said that I needed to prove that and charged for insurance of the contents. When I paid the rental fee youm refused to accept yheaccept that check

Management was wonderful. They helped me when I truly needed it

David, the manager is a good communicator and very helpful. It’s a night and day since he started taking over this location.

Because I had a fine relationship with stor safe set up with auto pay. You guys bought it and hit me with a late fee and locked up my unit while I’m trying to move. Really shitty business practices. There was probably a notice but when someone is moving it’s hard to get it. Then I had to pay a convenience fee to access my belongings. So no, I will not recommend you guys. It’s really hard to get a hold of someone unless it’s about money then they do not have any authority to make decisions.
