It’s very hard to get in touch with customer service as far as payment goes. When i tried several times to make payments, the late fees applied, because its impossible to make payments online.

I attempted to contact the office at least 2 times, and left a voicemail once. I never received a phone call back. I attempted to reach customer service (in Florida!), but no one called me back. I sent one or two messages via the website, and one directly to the store, and did not receive a reply back. I was finally able to speak to someone the day we moved out because there was actually a person in the office to speak with. Because we were storing a car with you, I do not feel comfortable returning to a business that does not respond to its customers.

Tough to get customer support. Website didn't work well when it was StorSafe.
